Congratulations to Stacey and Amsie Owens on the birth of their son, Jackson Waylon Owens, on Feb. 1st. Proud grandparents are Jane and Greg Bjelke.

The Spinning Flowers quilt is on display in the Narthex. The Episcopal Church Women will raffle the quilt Easter Day, 2008. Tickets are $5.00.

Inquirers Class begins today at 4:00pm. If you are interested contact the Rev. Polk Van Zandt.

Wednesday Lenten Supper/Speaker Series begins February 13th at 5:30pm. The Baptismal Covenant is the subject of this year’s series. The Rev. David Meginniss is our speaker. The Vestry is providing supper.

During Lent, Evening Prayer will be offered each Thursday at 5:30pm. Stations of the Cross will be walked each Friday at 5:30pm.

Today is “Souper Sunday”. Canned goods will be donated to the Christian Outreach Alliance (food pantry).

Wanted: Leaders for children’s program during Lent. Every Wednesday night during Lent a children’s program will be offered during the adult program. If fifteen (15) people volunteer to assist, you will only miss one speaker. Please contact Candice Frazer if you are willing to help.
